Alliance for Quality Care, Inc., et al. v. New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance Appellate decision upholding approval of annual caps on out-of-network benefits briefed and argued by Edward S. Wardell, Esquire, on behalf of Respondent Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.
Jeffrey S. Craig, Esquire and Domenic B. Sanginiti, Jr., Esquire, have successfully represented four separate automobile dealerships in Consumer Fraud cases having the complaints dismissed and compelled to arbitration. In one case, brought as a large class action, the entire complaint was dismissed and the court upheld the class action waiver, meaning that the case was sent to arbitration as a single consumer complaint, rather than as a class action.
