Mr. Craig earned my confidence from our first meeting and kept it throughout the case. He was very personable, listened to my issues and presented me with clear options on moving forward. Once we chose a course of action he was able to execute with confidence against an adversary who was very irrational. Mr Craig is very knowledgeable about the law and he has a call but assertive way of hanging the case. I appreciate his hard work. Throughout the case he made himself available for communication and kept me updated on important case information. His office staff is exceptional and helps to keep it all moving smoothly. I went to the Craig, Annin, and Baxter law firm with a tough case that other lawyers would not take on. They accepted the case and had John Grady work with me. Given John’s superior legal knowledge he knew exactly what to do. He structured the relevant legal argument and filed my complaint. Then he patiently guided me through the next steps of the process and was always available to answer my questions. After lengthy negotiations with the other side John helped craft a settlement that satisfied me. I feel very comfortable recommending John to someone in need of a good lawyer.
