Edward S. Wardell, Esquire - Partner
Mr. Wardell has represented a wide variety of businesses and financial institutions in complex commercial, professional liability, health care and ERISA litigation before the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Wardell is counsel to Aetna, Inc., Aetna Health Inc., and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, and is widely recognized as one of the leading litigation attorneys for health care benefit providers, managed care entities and other health care payers.

Mr. Wardell is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and American Bar Associations. He received his law degree with High Honors from the Rutgers University School of Law in 1979. Mr. Wardell is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Jeffrey S. Craig, Esquire - Partner
Mr. Craig handles civil, criminal and domestic litigation in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Mr. Craig’s practice includes representation of insurers, manufacturers and businesses in products liability, commercial, contract, tort, warranty and employment litigation.

In his practice, Mr. Craig has successfully defended and counseled manufacturers, product distributors, dealerships, and contracts at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Craig also represents individuals in plaintiff’s personal injury, criminal defense and domestic matters.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Craig was a reporter for a Philadelphia-area daily newspaper, and he is still a member of the Newspaper Writer’s Guild (inactive). Mr. Craig is a member of the state and federal bars of Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is an arbitrator appointed by the Superior Court of Delaware. In addition, he is a member of the New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Camden (NJ) and Gloucester (NJ) Bar Associations and has served as a member of Council of the City of Woodbury and as President of the Main Street Woodbury, Inc. Mr. Craig received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Dickinson College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Craig received his law degree in 1990 from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary, where he was a member of the Law Review and the National Trial Team.
Timothy E. Annin, Esquire - Partner
Mr. Annin’s primary focus is on the defense of professional liability, admiralty, products liability and negligence matters. Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, he has been elected to Fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Foundation. He also serves as a member of the Maritime Law Association and the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel.

Mr. Annin has served the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a member of the Civil Practice Committee, District Ethics Committee and Committee on Character. He is a former President of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, Chairman of the New Jersey State Bar’s Civil Practice and Automobile Reparations Committees and is a past President of the Burlington County Bar Association. He is currently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee. In 2002, he was a recipient of the Trial Bar Award.

Mr. Annin retired from the U.S. Naval Reserve with the rank of Captain.
Robert A. Baxter, Esquire - Partner
Mr. Baxter has represented many municipalities and other public entities in defense of tort, employment and civil rights claims in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey.

He has served as special counsel to municipalities in litigation involving redevelopment projects. He also represents one of the largest non-profit community agencies in the State of New Jersey which serves the behavioral healthcare needs of children, individuals and families in Southern New Jersey.

A member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, he was the Chairman of its Executive Committee of the Civil Trial Bar Section. He was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to its Civil Practice Committee.

Mr. Baxter is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and serves as an arbitrator for the Superior Court. In his spare time he serves as the varsity boys soccer coach for Camden Catholic High School.

Mr. Baxter received his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1971 and his law degree from Duke University Law School in 1975.
Paul D. Kelly, Esquire - Associate
Mr. Kelly primarily defends insurance and corporations in personal injury, product liability, employment, contract and benefits claims. He is admitted to federal and state courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and previously served a clerkship with the New Jersey Superior Court.

Mr. Kelly is a 1980 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a 1983 graduate of New York Law School. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Kelly served as a Board of Health Solicitor in New Jersey.
Christine S. Orlando, Esquire - Associate
Ms. Orlando holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph’s University. After graduating from law school, Christine clerked for the Honorable Francis J. Orlando, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County.

Christine is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Camden County Bar Association.
Ekta Patel, Esquire - Associate
Ms. Patel holds a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Boston University. After graduating from law school, Ms. Patel clerked for the Honorable James E. Rafferty, Presiding Judge of the General Equity Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Gloucester, Salem and Cumberland Counties.

Ms. Patel is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Domenic B. Sanginiti, Jr., Esquire, M.B.A. - Associate
Mr. Sanginiti holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, a Masters in Business Administration from the Drexel University Lebow College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Rutgers University. Mr. Sanginiti clerked for the Honorable Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County.

Mr. Sanginiti is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey.
